Approach

From first invoice source to steady state

Most integration problems start in the data, not the connection. We fix the data first.

  1. Step 1: Map the sources

    Every system that issues invoices or collects identity data.

  2. Step 2: Clean the data

    Customer TINs, item codes, tax treatment, identity fields.

  3. Step 3: Integrate

    Connect one source end to end, through ByteInvoice or Verifio.

  4. Step 4: Test failures

    Rejections and failed checks tested deliberately, not discovered live.

  5. Step 5: Roll out and monitor

    Remaining sources in stages, with alerts that reach an owner.
